What makes Pathways different from other leadership programs?

Can anyone sign up?
My employer enrolled me in this Pathway. How do I get set up?
Your HR or L&D team will provide the details you need to get started. If you haven’t received enrollment information yet, reach out to them directly.
How long does it take to complete a Pathway?
Can I take multiple Pathways (i.e. courses)?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take as many as you’d like. However, please note that only one Pathway can be active at a time to ensure you can get the most out of the experience. We recommend reaching out to us using the "Contact Us" form, or emailing support@leaderology.com to learn more about joining other Pathways.
Are the Pathways asynchronous?
Yes! You’ll move through the courses at your own pace. The only scheduled sessions will be your one-on-one coaching meetings, which you’ll set up directly with your coach.

Do I need manager approval to enroll?
Is there a certification or completion badge?
Yes! Upon completing a Pathway, you’ll receive a digital certificate and badge to showcase your achievement. Many participants add them to their LinkedIn profiles or share them internally.

What should I consider in a coach?
The right coach is someone who challenges and supports you in a way that works best for your growth. Consider their coaching style, approach, and areas of expertise. Do they bring a perspective that will help you stretch and develop? Do their methodologies align with how you best learn? Reviewing their bio and coaching philosophy will help you find the best fit.
Can I switch to another coach once I’ve started my Pathway?
How will I schedule sessions with my coach?
Scheduling is simple! You’ll book your one-on-one coaching sessions directly from within your Pathway! Your coach’s Calendly link is integrated into the platform for a seamless booking experience.
Will my information be shared to all coaches?
No. Coaching is a confidential and personalized experience. Everything you discuss in your coaching sessions remains between you and your coach. If your engagement is sponsored by your company, HR will only have limited visibility to your progress in your Pathway.
What happens in a coaching session?
As you progress, you’ll work with your coach to build a personalized Leader Action Plan, identifying key focus areas and concrete actions for growth. Toward the end of your Pathway, you’ll participate in an alignment meeting with your coach, manager, and any other relevant stakeholders to debrief, align, and solidify your next steps.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Each coaching session is scheduled for 45-minutes, giving you dedicated time to dive into key leadership topics and strategies tailored to your growth.
How many coaching sessions are included?
What if I need to reschedule a coaching session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, simply use your coach’s Calendly link to find a new available time. We encourage rescheduling in advance to ensure you stay on track with your Pathway.
