Talia Gerson

Talia is the Vice President of Product and Delivery at Leaderology. She leads the strategy and effort behind building and delivering Leaderology’s leadership development and coaching programs at all tiers. This includes building Leaderology’s flagship coaching programs as well as customized leadership development initiatives.

Talia has a passion for empowering leaders to grow into their full potential and leverages their strengths for their benefit as well as that of their teams and their organizations. She works closely with clients and leaders to tailor leadership development solutions that are both practical and relevant to their current challenges and opportunities.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Talia’s specialties are in emotional intelligence, communication styles, change leadership, executive presence, fearless authenticity, delegation, and team development. Her strength is in creating psychological safety with leaders to encourage openness and vulnerability.

Talia earned her M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and her B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis. She has also worked as a public high school teacher in Madrid, Spain. She thrives in multicultural environments and enjoys working with diverse groups toward common goals and visions.
