Mai is the Director of Content Learning at Leaderology. Combining solution focused approaches with deep curiosity, Mai is passionate about the process of helping leaders uncover their strengths and develop practical solutions in order to thrive. As a Leaderologist, Mai designs and facilitates leadership development curriculum, creates new products, and coaches others. Prior to her current role, Mai served as a project manager which included streamlining processes, customer service, and logistics management for a variety of projects.

Mai’s specialties include emotional intelligence, communication styles, leading yourself and others through change, team leadership, conflict resolution, and operationalizing leadership behaviors.
A life long learner, Mai holds two Master’s in Leadership Development and Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Strategic and Corporate Communication.
