Julie is an experienced leader with 20+ years in leadership positions, including heading up national operations, senior leadership posts, terms as Chair and Trustee, etc.

She understands the complexities, challenges, and rewards of business and has led teams of employees, freelancers, partner organizations, cross-functional teams, and volunteers. 

Julie is an established Executive Coach and Facilitator, and she has worked with individuals and teams across five continents.

Whilst her clients come from a range of countries, cultures, industries, and roles, their goals and challenges are very similar including: strategic leadership, effective decision-making strategies, building and developing teams, networking, confidence building, personal branding, resilience and stress management, and combating imposter syndrome.

Julie was the inaugural Chair of the Global Alumni Network for the American Express Leadership Academy and runs their London networking group. She also designs and facilitates sessions for leadership programmes in EMEA and NA.
